ALL ABOUT AUNTY T
My love of animals is and always will be my first passion. I was aways bringing home stray pets as a kid, I would find them in the strangest of places. My dad always said I had a 6th sense, he said they knew to call for me because they knew they would be safe. This is where I first acknowledged my gift to communicate with animals, I use this gift to understand the reasons behind the animal behavior and work with them to give them alternative jobs to do that are approved.
I am also a retired breeder of horses, cats and dogs. My last litters were with my French Bulldog Jenna. She too is retired and living her best life with me and my family.
Fast forward many years and my love and passion for animals has not changed.
I was a successful horse trainer, training in natural horsemanship. Excelling in dressage but l Ioved cross country more than anything, where the horse could be free to do what it does naturally. I honestly felt like I was one with the horse. Feeling every emotion, fear and excited feeling the horse was feeling. I thought this connection was normal and that everyone could feel the connection to their horse, their dog, their cat. bird etc. But apparently this isn't the case.
Beyond the knowledge of schooling, I have the ability to connect with your canines and understand what they are feeling at the time of any behavior. I can then pinpoint the actions that cause the reactions and give you solutions to the issues you are facing with your beloved canine.
I can also help you to understand and communicate with your canine. Thus, creating understanding humans and understanding canines, and overall, a more harmonious partnership between you and your beloved canine.
ANIMAL COMMUNICATION AND TRAINING
Having studied with Amanda De Warren - World Renowned Animal Communicator, psychic medium and healer, who also has regular feature with Womans Day. I have been able to enhance my natural gift of communication with animals, I use this gift to understand the emotional connection your pup has with fear, anxiety, food and everything else they may want to share. Knowing what drives them is half the battle, with this knowledge a solution can be very easily found to ensure successful training and a change in behaviors you may not want anymore.
This year my work with Amanda De Warren will take us overseas to work with more exotic animals. Watch this space to find out more!
INTRODUCING PRINCE CHARMING
Prince Charming is a 15-week-old Border Collie puppy who is going to be with me for training. He was introduced to me by Paws for Hope and Understanding Inc which is a non-for-profit organisation that trains and matches task trained service dogs to their owners. Charming will be specifically trained to be matched with an ex-service person or 1st responder to assist with daily living.
Task trained service dogs like Charming can make the difference to someone's lives, they can be trained to detect seizures, migraines, night terrors, panic attacks, just to name a few things our canine companions can assist with. OUR WORK WITH HELPING PAWS ADOPTION PROGRAM
We work very closely with Helping Paws Adoption Program assisting as a foster carer when required. They are a non-for-profit animal rescue organisation who specialise in critical care and special needs dogs and cats. They take on the cases most vets will suggest are not viable due to health issues and hand raise the little cleft palate babies and other special needs babies to give them a chance at a good life. They work with other local rescue groups taking on the majority of more specialised cases, as most rescues do not have resources to care for these cases. Often their rescues are long term high needs cases that require a lot of supportive care, so special care is taken to find the ideal home.
